Carreiro's Response to COVID-19
Dear valued Carreiro guests,
The safety of our guests and staff is our top priority at Carreiro. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be a growing concern in Canada, we’re fielding questions from our guests regarding the steps that we are taking when it comes to business preparedness and our team member and customer safety.
We are open for business and are monitoring the situation closely — following the Canadian Centre for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local, provincial and federal government agencies for recommendations, guidance and direction.
We are going above and beyond the recommended protocol to protect your health. Hygiene, disinfection and remaining sanitized at both locations that proudly hold our name.
We have hand sanitizer and multiple hand washing stations in both our locations, and we are ensuring that our team takes these important precautions:
Frequently washing hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. - Disinfecting hands before and after all services
Avoiding touching eyes, noses, and mouths. - Disinfecting all stations and equipment at regular intervals. - We've asked staff if they're feeling unwell to stay at home
We have placed hand sanitizer in our reception area for you to use. Upon arrival to the office, we would ask that you use it to thoroughly clean your hands
We hold our guests to the same standards as our staff. If you’re feeling unwell, we will help you reschedule your appointment for a later date. Even if you’re feeling fine, we appreciate you disclosing any information about if you think you are sick, may be getting sick, or have recently been near someone who is sick, or if you have recently travelled from one of the affected countries, please reschedule or cancel your appointment. We do reserve the right to decline service to any guest that exhibits symptoms for the health and safety of all of our guests and our team.
