As We Prepare to Open on June 2nd
We look forward to serving our guests and offering a space that you will feel comfortable and safe as you enjoy your services.
For the next little while our salon will look and feel a little different, with talking to a minimum, and safety protocols in place, we will do our best to keep your salon experience positive and enjoyable.
At this time we will NOT be providing the following services:
Beard trims
Shaves
Clean-ups
Complimentary bang trims
Perms
Straightening services
Updos
You will be required to wear a mask. We will provide you with a mask if you do not have your own. We also have reusable fabric masks for purchase.
All staff will be wearing masks.
Upon entering the salon you will be offered hand sanitizer.
Hand sanitizer will also be at all stations and reception area
Staff members have completed Barbicide and Beauty safe certification courses. They will be following all disinfection and sterilizing protocols
Service Prices
Service prices will remain the same with the exception of Haircuts which have increased by $4
Products and Retail
Products are available to you, We ask that you please do not touch products our staff will be more than happy to gather all retail products that you would like to purchase, process and bag it up for you. No Refunds.
(Please no re-usable bags at this time. We will supply them free of charge.)
Products are also available on our online store on our website carreirothestudio.com for curb side pick up or free local delivery within greater Victoria.
Appointments
Please do not arrive early for your appointment, as there is limited space to wait, if your stylist is running behind or not ready for you, you may need to wait in your car or take a short walk.
There will be no coffee or tea service, you may bring your own and you must leave with what you bring in.
No dogs or pets please
No visitors during your service, No friends or family members unless an aide is needed
This is not forever, at this time it is the safest way for both our staff and guests to proceed with services.
You will be asked the following questions.
Have you travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days?
Have you been in contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19?
Do you have a fever, cough, sore throat?
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments.
